A Letter from Min
In warmth,
we thrive.
Even on my best days, I've often felt like a swan. I wish I meant the grace. I mean the other part — calm on the surface, paddling furiously underneath, for so long that the paddling starts to feel like who you are.
At some point I understood that most of my days, and my nights, were being run by that quiet churning. So I went looking for what actually made it stop. After years of research, experiments, and honest failures, the answer turned out to be almost embarrassingly simple: warmth.
I know exactly what it feels like to wake up in a cold bed with your thoughts already racing. That's why we started this — to build warmth that fits into a real, demanding life. If you give most of your warmth away all day, you deserve somewhere to refill it.
There is no app, no score, no routine. That wasn't a design trend. I am not a person who can keep a routine — my nervous system has never had an off switch, and every wellness tool I bought asked me for something I didn't have. So I built the one that asks for nothing.
If that sounds like you, this was made by someone like you.
Kozy is meant to be that place: the last ritual at the end of your day, the first kindness at the start of the next.
In warmth, we thrive.
