the unique
far-infrared vein
How we maximise the therapeutic benefits of far-infrared waves in the most effortless, comfortable, safe, and sustainable way.
patented
top-notch technology
The Far-Infrared Vein is Kozy.care’s unique ultrathin, flexible threads composed of over 2,000 extremely fine fibres twisted into a string.
When powered by safe, extra-low voltage direct current system, it gives off therapeutic far-infrared light that is not visible to naked eyes but perceived as mild, penetrative warmth.
Made in Korea
Crafted with its design inspired by Gorae, the essential element of the Korean traditional sustainable floor-heating system, the Far-Infrared Vein is meticulously developed, manufactured, and embedded within the topper to the most stringent standards in Korea.
Non-intrusive design
The Far-Infrared Vein is extremely thin and flexible, remaining seamless and imperceivable when laid upon.
Already embedded into a topper, it requires no maintenance or bulky and noisy device taking up space to be of use.
Durability
The Far-Infrared Vein is elaborately coated with Teflon, widely used in medical equipment. Our special coating technology ensures the comprehensive safety of the overall system.
Its flexible, water-proof nature also keeps it resistant to various circumstances in the sleeping environment, like tossing and turning.
Radiant, penetrative energy
The light waves from the Far-Infrared Vein gently soak deep into the body like nice sunrays, contrary to reflective heat, which often causes burning or suffocating sensations.
The nature of the far-infrared waves always prevents the topper’s surface from being overheated but keeping it nice and warm. Penetrating deep into the body, they facilitate various recovery processes.
Customisable setting
We designed the Far-Infrared Vein to be controlled by each individual to their own liking, even while sharing the same bed.
Each sleeper can enjoy a perfectly personalised setting of the temperature from 25 to 50 Celcius, as well as a duration of 0 to 12 hours.
Comprehensive safety
The Far-Infrared Vein's thin, flexible characteristic makes it ideal to be hand-sewn by our skilled experts in Korea, without using any toxic adhesive.
The Far-Infrared Vein operates at 24 volts of Direct Current, the system selected by high-end electronics and intelligent devices like laptops. 24V DC is considered an extremely low, safe voltage with a constant and steady current, which prevents the topper from inducing harmful electromagnetic fields (EMF).
Energy-efficiency
With its low voltage DC power system, the Far-Infrared Vein inside a topper for two consumes 100 watts - at its absolute maximum - during the 30 to 60 minutes to reach the peak temperature. Its standby power consumption is less than 1 watts.
In comparison, a laptop charger uses 90-180 watts, and a space heater uses 1,500 watts.
Per night of 8 hours, Litual for two people consumes around 0.15kWh of electricity, roughly the same amount as toasting 2 slices of bread. Leaving the heater on for the same duration would consume 12kWh.
